Room was great, security outside as very helpful and told us where to park for better safety. Check- in clerk was pretty rude, I work in Constuction and got off work and while checking in her facial expressions, tone of her voice was very judgmental. Other than the short interaction with her...everything else was good.

Neighborhood is sketchy. Food City across the street has an armed guard in front of the store. Homeless person hiding in the bushes by the parking lot. We needed clean towels and instead of having the traditional housekeeper bring some to our room, I had to go to the front desk with my wet towels to exchange them for clean ones. I knew this was not a 5 star hotel but was expecting more.
