I smoke cigarettes so every time i went outside to smoke which was only twice both security guards stopped me twice and asked to see my room info to make sure im staying at the hotel. Made me feel uncomfortable and racially profiled

Worst experience ever

It was a terrible experience my worst one ever I got there late night super tired from work and my flight. I lay down when I woke up to get ready for my day of Valentines my water was not working the sink or the shower or the toilet would work, so you can imagine me going on a date without showering didnā€™t go well when I told the management about the situation, they brushed me off and told me there was nothing they will do to make things right no half-price no free. Stay nothing as a parent customer the treatment was just wrong , Iā€™m definitely following up with Radisson hotel corporate department . I made a video of the water is not working Iā€™m about to post it everywhere.

Terrible Experience and Response by Hotel Staff

I had the unfortunate luck of miscommunication between the hotel staff and maintenance, who even though I had already checked in, had maintenance sent up to my room to fix the lock, which was not broken. At 10pm I had the very unpleasant experience of maintenance trying to break into my room using a hook under the door, attempting to pull the handle down. No knock at the door. No checking at all to see if the room was occupied. The front desk acknowledged the incident and promised a call back from the Manager. After three days of calling them, I have not received a call or comment back from the Manager. Do not stay at this hotel if you are looking for any form of customer service.

Everything was fine with the exception of the pillows in our room. We had a king size bed and had four tiny square pillows that were only large enough to be a throw pillow on a couch. Suggest having king size pillows on king size beds.

The temperature of the shower was very badly regulated and was either scalding hot or cold. Bed pillows are too small and flat.

Solid choice

First time staying at this hotel and I lived it. Great location and quiet. Check in was super easy and efficient . They had a water bottle filler near the elevators! The food was amazing, I ordered a salmon plank and salad for dinner and the portion was solid. Nice char taste and super yummy. The bartender was great, it was dry January for me and she made me a delicious mocktail Moscow mule. Very accommodating and great service. I would return here for the food alone. šŸ˜. Great property overall and service from check in to check out was great!

Convenient if you need to shuttle to and from the airport but I couldnā€™t get dinner at the property because the staff seemed to be drunk and didnā€™t even notice I needed service. Bar full of bikers didnā€™t make me feel comfortable at all.
