I needed to utilize the airport shuttle, but when I arrived at Skyharbor, and called the number, no one answered the phone. I spent over 45 minutes calling and calling every number I could find. It was a nightmare. An hour and a half later, I arrived at the hotel which is literally 2 miles from the airport.

The housekeeper arrived at 915am after we had arrived at 330am. We asked to please give us an hour while we bathed and left for our event. When we came back, the room was never cleaned.

I prepaid for my room before my trip but at check-in the front desk receptionist charged my card for the incidental coverage and another night stay. I paid twice for my stay and nowI have to wait until Monday for the manager so I can get my $ refunded back to my bank account. Everything else was excellent. Night shuttle driver was awesome!

Upon arrival 4 clerks were at counter no one in line but me …slow check in - no info about property had to ask all the questions - room was old- shower sprayed directly to the back wall with no movement to tilt, so water was displaced along wall and side, hooks for towels barely hanging on- water took forever to get hot.
