Front desk both times were young girls who were very professional, fast, organize & most importantly, cheerful and kind. The owner went from $55 per night to $105 on Valentine's day. That was not something I liked.

It sounds like an army of elephants above me… it was very hard to sleep. Partly because the place lacks insulation and partly because the person above me apparently rents rooms to pace all night. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The sink was plugged. The towels were tiny and overdue for replacement. The bed was uncomfortable. But the place looks nice from the outside.

Place was disgusting. Night check-in was in a drive-up window and not in the lobby. Crime ridden area. Solicitation going on in the motel. Drug deals were happening outside my door. Woke up after first night to find a cockroach run past my feet. Immediately checked out and canceled reservation at front desk. Also filed a case with Orbitz. Motel is refusing to refund even the remainder of the stay post check-out. Orbitz is trying to get a refund from this vendor but apparently they aren't working well with them. Orbitz is also refusing to handle the situation properly by managing the refund on their own. Stay away. My company may stop using Orbitz over this property.

Room description stated it would have a mini fridge and did not. TV was a big ancient box and did not work. Tub did not look like it was properly cleaned - still had someone else's hair. I went to office twice and both time someone was there complaining about something. It'll due to meet basic sleep needs but nothing nice at all I feel it should have been a cheaper price. There were others in the area for just $30-40 more a night. I should have gone that route. My fault for trying to get the most economical.

There where holes in the walls shower had mold in it toilet paper hold was off the wall. There was new flooring in it that was the only up grade for the room
