All staff are great. They are amazing at there jobs! They go above and beyond the manager always is part of everything going on and making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Any issues you may have they will always get to it right away and quickly. The place has been in some bad times but since i got here the manger and staff had tunerd this place into an amazing lovley hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable eveything wprks nice and always clean and ready for your stay. :)

I was not happy about having a room upstairs 🤐 I have mobility issues from a stroke 1 1/2 years ago, and my husband has a prosthetic hip. He had it replaced at 14 yrs old after he was run over by a van. I like the Walk ability and convenience of all my shopping needs within 20 minutes 😁

Bad experience
They accept pets but can't leave them alone in the room for any length of time even to go to work. Dogs can't bark period otherwise you get kicked out like i did. Both my dogs are emotional support and when I'm in distress emotionally, they bark to keep others away. Manager didn't care and said we couldn't stay there anymore.

They made me wait for a room upon checking in at the 3:00pm and after 45 mins of waiting,they still gave me a dirty, smelly room with 1 light in room, no working tv,no telephone , I left and came back and told front desk of these things and she accommodated me with another room,that was waaaay better even though it was 3am me changing rooms but it was worth it , thanks lady
