Overall beautiful property loved my Mountain View room which was spacious and clean for a my king suite. staff was friendly a very helpful, however my shower head didn’t work I had to shower with the bottom. There’s no microwave in the room which is a down side. I can see there doing a lot of upgrades to the pool a property which is a plus. Please also add microwave to the roomwhich would make the stay better. But had a good experience overall

Decent hotel.

I had a great dining experience at Different Pointe of View, but there was an event at the hotel, some dance event, and it was so loud that the bass was blasting through my room. It was very uncomfortable. I went to the front desk to ask if they could ask the event coordinators to bring the noise down, but they were not. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I wish this hotel would have the ability to be able to have an event and still be able to provide a comfortable and quiet environment for their guests. I don't want to stay here again. How childish to cater to a kid's dance competition and not care that their guests peace is being disturbed. If they don't care about my peace, I won't bother staying here again.

Property is amazing it's got amazing views great dining fun water park it's definitely a recommendation if you have children and it's fun for the adults they have an adult only pool as well also their staff is amazing they were very friendly very kind and very efficient and very fast and always willing to help even at 3:00 in the morning when I lock myself out of my hotel room

Ok Hotel - The bathroom is designed very poorly as the door has to be closed in order to access the toilet paper. And the space when trying to close the door is minimal so you really have to squeeze. It's clean but I wouldn't stay again
