We had a blast! Rooms were a little outdated. But we knew what we were getting for the price. The property is definitely walkable! Lots of fountains and large pools as well as smaller courtyard pools. Great views! We will return for sure!

Disappointed and not worth the price

Property was not in the condition pictured with the booking. Staff was friendly and service was good but the room was not in great condition (dingy carpet, rust stained tub, dingy bedding, no microwave) and tiled stairs leading to the pool were all cracked and broken with pieces missing. Property needs to be updated and repaired so it's in better condition, especially considering the price for our room.

toilet was clogged before we even used it! Apparently someone before us decided to flush a bar of soap down the toilet! took maintenance 3 attempts to remove the clog.very inconvenient

Staff and waterpark great. Room old and in poor condition (mold in shower, peeling paint, etc). Food onsite overpriced and tasted not good but edible. Onsite Starbucks/gift shop good.

I did not like that the rooms ac was on at certain times and very loud and that there was mold in the bathroom the shower head was full of like scale and the toilet was broken even after they “fixed it” the pool had tiles missing and was dirty and there was broken windows in the lounge area by the pool. However the concierge was extremely nice helpful. The room was smelly and the carpet was very dirty the bed was very hard

Great property for my family of 4. The pool and the water park are great on a hot day. The lobby store has a lot of things to buy if you forgot toiletries or pool items. Starbucks and snacks are there as well which is a bonus. The rooms are a little outdated but it seems like the hotel is currently working on updating some of the rooms. Overall we had a great stay. Staff was great and sent a text every day asking if we needed anything and were fast to respond. We would stay again.
