Got there about 12:30 pm asked for early check in they took about 30 min to find out they could not. Got back at 4 pm and still took another hour to check in. Get to room and keys did not work.Place seemed like they allowed long term stays to families, group of people fist fighting outside of room had to call security and still took forever for someone to come.

Shop Around First
I was put out prior to receiving my refund, with the manager knowing that I had locked myself out. One of the managers did not handle me with care as a guest, not to mention I was assaulted prior at the property and tried to get help.
I've had very good experience so far. Only issue i had was the faucet for the bathtub was missing the tab to switch to a shower and that was quickly fixed.

A nightmare at the beginning of our vacation
We got a room that smelled badly of cigarettes and smoke. So bad, it looked and smelled like a meth lab. The microwave was burnt out and had no plate inside. Everything was gross from the sheets to the couch. The security guard agreed that it smelled bad. I can’t believe they rented out the room because it could be a health hazard.
We tried switching rooms but there were no available rooms. There was no way we are staying here all night so we left. I informed the front desk and hopefully they relayed it to the management. It was a nightmare and we ended up staying with a relative. We talked with hotels.com and the hotel personnel about a refund. I wasn't even contacted by the hotel management.
Also, you have to sign an online agreement and do an online ID verification which was glitchy to get a code for the door. I had to text them a selfie and photo ID. All of this happened after hours when we were tired and traveling with 5 kids. Its a hassle. This was nothing short of a nightmare and brought down mood of our Phoenix vacation.
It was a very comfortable stay. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. I always stay at these location when I'm in town. The only thing I didn't get good service in the room that I was in, in building 2 for my last day and the Wi-Fi didn't work very well but overall love this my stay
Bugs.. cockroaches. When my guest and I entered the room there was a dead bug by the fridge.. keep in mind my guest is a girl i have been gettong to know but haven't actually stayed the night together.. well i took a cold shower cuz the hot water didnt work my guest screams because a big cockroach was actually clombing on her!! I killed it and messages the company for another room. As soon as we got to that room there was more buhs in there and an even bigger bug of some kind right at the threshold to enter the room.. i hace pictures of all this.. we just left

The pictures for this property was complete fraud. The hotel was suppose to be completely smoke free. The complex and room was soiled in smoke. The furniture in the room looked like it had never been wiped down. The sink smelled. The furniture was beat up. The AC unit wasn’t working on over 110 degree weather. There was mold and weird pink stuff in the bathroom. It was so disgusting my guest and I were so upset on the state of the room. We left in a half hour. The front desk attendant Jeff said he would start the process on my refund, but the property denied my request. Not to mention there were homeless people walking around the property. This was not safe for anyone. Especially children. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE IN THE AREA UNLESS THEY WANT THERE MONEY STOLEN FROM FALSE ADVERTISING AND UNSANITARY/UNSAFE CONDITIONS. THIS IS THE WORSE PROPERTY I HAVE EVER STAYED AT.
