The key “machine” wasn’t working so we never had a key to the room, they had to open it every time we needed in. I asked when it would be fixed and they said not till Tuesday (we stayed a Saturday night). The rooms are run down, there was hair in a “clean” towel and obvious things that weren’t cleaned (like food on a wipeable desk chair). Would never stay again.

This was a very nice hotel with a major (hopefully temporary) problem. They were unable to issue keys to their guests. As a result you had to stop at the front desk every time you needed to get into your room after leaving it. Staff was very apologetic and quickly helped you into your room. But it was an annoyance considering the cost to stay there.

Older hotel but very clean and comfortable. Looking worn in plo. Key card system did not work and staff worked very hard to accommodate all guests. Only ding I would give it is it sits right next to the freeway. Our room was very loud from traffic all night long

Our stay worked out well. The bed was comfy and we slept great. Will say that you need to bring ear plugs due to really loud road noise. The breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, sausage, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, lucky charms, toast and bagels, juice and coffee.

Not worth the price

Disappointed. Would not book here again. Decent amenities such as comp breakfast. However, first room tub was filled with dirty undrained water. Moved to second room, no shower curtain, shower draining slowly. Third room was better but any outside noise very loud. Slow moving elevator.

I would stay somewhere else.

The hotel room was in terrible condition and needs serious updating. Our bathroom door did not close together so anyone walking by could see you using the restroom. Furniture was flighty and the sofa bed was like sleeping on springs. The king mattress in the bedroom seems to be so old there are dips on each side of the mattress. Overall this hotel needs to be remodeled from the ground up.
