Myron and stay was fine would’ve been better off the people that work there had customer service and were helpful not rude and made my stay uncomfortable.

Place looked bad. No sign for the hotel. Hard for uber drivers to find the main entrance. Floors in the room were sticky. No garbage can in the room. No kleenex. Breakfast and cofee/tea not included. Photos of room not representative of the rooms.

For $50 a night I don’t expect fancy or above average, so I my expectations weren’t high. Room was dirty. Floor was dirty, sheets were dirty, bathtub was dirty and lots of cigarette burns on counter tops and surfaces. Bad was adequate, tv worked, shower worked, clean towels, a/c worked and honestly I slept great. My daughter goes to college nearby and she chose to stay on campus rather than risk her car being vandalized, broken into or stolen. Her bed had dirt on the top sheet so it was an immediate deal breaker. The area around Motel is ooor and homeless drug addicts but that doesn’t really bother me. I from Seattle and drive city bus so I’m used to it. I would say most women would hate the place and it’s not for children unless they stay locked in the room inside the motel room said for your protection please keep deadbolt and door jam locked for 50 bucks a night. You can’t expect much more and you get what you pay for. When I was checking out, a guy came into the lobby and said while he was gone, someone came into his room and stole the TV so that was kind of crazy. Overall it was fine, but it was dirty in the room and the overall property.

The guy at the front desk was extremely rude. The first room we were put in, there was no pipe going from the sink to the wall. The second room, the TV didn't work, there was no phone and roaches in the fridge. There was literally prostitution happening on the property and around it. Also tons of drug use and as we were leaving, some ladies got into a physical altercation. Cardboard on the office door windows and huge potholes in the parking lot. It was a horrible experience with my children.

The motel was filthy, towels and sheets stained and cigarette burns on bedding. The pool was green water with tons of trash floating in it. Totally unusable. Both ice machines were broken.

Homeless Hangout
Definitely not on my top 20 places. Homeless people seem to be attracted to this property. Very dirty parking lot and the roo.s, although they are attempting renovations, its still bad.

This property is in the main part of Phoenix with major crime. Prostitution, drug dealers, sex trafficking, crackheads. All bad things. Don’t recommend children or females to stay here. Bathroom shower had black mold. There was burnt spots on bathroom countertop. Blood in sheets, walls, and floor like someone was stabbed or hurt before. Cigarette smell and burns in blankets. Grease on the walls. Door barely closed. Be mindful and extremely careful if you stay here.
