We loved the hotel. Our room was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I loved that it was walking distance from the Footprint Center. My only issue was with valet. There was miscommunication between the hotel and the valet. On 2 occasions we had to wait over 30 minutes to get our car because the hotel did not communicate with valet that our car was ready. Valet staff was very polite and apologetic. Overall, it was a great stay! I would definitely recommend it!

I stayed for two nights. I did not get the room cleaned for the second night's stay, so I did not have clean towels, coffee and other supplies for the second night. I cannot recommend this property and will never stay there again.

It was close to the concert venue my friends and I attended. It was walking distance to the concert and restaurants. They had wine after we checked in, that was nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful.

My friend and I had a great stay at the Kimpton. It had an elevated experience with the added amenities like the coffee bar, spa water, a nice vibe at the pool, and the gym was huge! The beds were very comfortable as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. would definitely stay here again

Lovely common areas. Run down room. Making you call the front desk for a coffee maker for coffee under the auspice of “forget something, we have it” is pretty gross. Like it's something you travel with. Fun artwork prints in the room and centrally located for events.

Amazing mother-daughter trip
It was as a mother, daughter trip we went to Sabrina Carpenter concert. Hotel was beautiful and very convenient is in walking distance to footprint Center, restaurants, Starbucks and a grocery store.
