This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel for a week. I really like the rooms at the back of the hotel facing the back parking lot because it was quieter since the front is close to a major street. The room is spaces and comfortable. There is a gym where we filled our large water bottles. The morning buffet breakfast was boring for a week since it was the same mostly every day but was good with protein and carb options. There are restaurants close by which are walkable too. The people at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and accommodating...long curly haired guy and Raymond to be precise. The mall is next door if that important to you. This hotel is a good price for the quality of accommodation.

Woke up to no hot water had to wait hours to be fixed . Making us late. There’s nothing they can to do if you go through a 3rd party booking like this. Something to think about . While others got a discounted rate.

The employee who helped me during check-in was amazing and friendly and very helpful, he went above and beyond. I have a small child and he got a room very close and offered to help with my stuff when that is not part of his job.
