Property was average. Homeless people near hotel gave us an uneasy feeling. Was over charged for valet. Stayed for 5 nights, had vehicle for two nights, was charged full valet for 5 nights. Called Hotel to have changed on bill, yet to see any credit. Service at check in was intermittent as they also worked the coffee shop as well. Waited for 10 minutes and left. Cost per night did not reflect accommodations. Over priced.

The staff were not friendly. The room was one of the most basic rooms I've stayed in for a Hyatt and it smelled like mildew. For the price I don't recommend. The ice machine was broken in the hallway and the view from my room was just homeless people staring into my window.
