Check in was a little tough due to room not being available and there not being enough staff to cover front desk. Staff was very nice though. Also door in bathroom kept getting stuck on the floor. Seems also like bathroom couldve used some deep cleaning. Good location walkable to most places to eat.

I enjoyed my time there but it was a little nosey and loud at night on my floor. When checking out I why there was so much noise a night. She apologized and states that the was mock trial going on with teenagers.

Downtown in Phoenix 2025

Good downtown hotel to stay in Phoenix, newer and very friendly and good customer service, my reason for 4 out of 5 stars was a poor experience valeting my vehicle, 45 minutes ( no kidding) to retrieve my vehicle and numerous people getting vehicles far behind me, I really don’t sweat the small things but absolutely no ownership in their shortcomings, I still recommend this location, thank you.

We were in Phx to see a comedian at the Orpheum theater and this hotel was right across the street. I didn't like that we had to pay $34/night for self-parking or $44 for valet.
