Layout of the room is in my opinion not good. Bathroom door closes awkward door is almost bigger than bathroom. Have to stand in shower to close the door.

We stayed here for four nights. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and nice when we arrived, but we never received maid service the entire stay. We didn’t say anything so shame on us! Probably my only real complaint was the breakfast. They ran out of food and coffee continually. They did refill but having to wait with many others was very annoying. They need to better account for how many guests the are accommodating and feeding. I would stay here again, with hopes they would fix this problem.

No maid service
We stayed Mon-Friday. Although we requested maid service 4 days in a row, we never received any, no maid service for the entire week. No refills on coffee, we had to request clean towels which we did get. All we got when we told them was, “I’m sorry, I’m let ‘them know” who’s them the room fairies? I thought by upgrading our hotel stay we would have better service. The room itself was nice, especially since we had to keep it picked up. I think we could have stayed Motel 6, being cheaper and probably better service.

Used this hotel for a family wedding and on the day of wedding they had a significant water problem and had no water for most of that day. Thankfully I already showered but my daughter had to find another place to shower. The manager did not even seem to be concerned and said sorry nothing I can do. He was not sympathetic to our situation and for that reason alone. Wouldn't recommend. The rooms are nice though, just no microwave

I stayed here because it was between my sister's place and a wedding venue. The room is very large and nice, however no microwave. Then they had a water leak issue on the day of the wedding. We had no water. Had to leave hotel to shower at families house, thank goodness we could. I then had to change rooms at midnight after the wedding. They offered nothing for any of the inconvenience saying it wasn't anything they could control. Yes true but the person who I was dealing with very dismissive and not compassionate at all. Wanted to leave a day early and got nothing but grief about refund since I used a third party to book. Orbitz did try to assist but hotel was not willing to work with them either. Decided to leave early anyway. The AGM that assisted with check out was at least very sympathetic and tried to make things a little better. Which I appreciate the effort but a little late in my opinion.
