There were no towels in my room, and they could not provide any until noon the next day. However, the hooker fight was entertaining. I dried off with the bedsheet and got the hell out of there

Update the website pictures

The room was totally off the pictures in web site. You have to update and correct. Please do so asap otherwise this is tricking the clients. I decided to stay because of pictures. I need my money back.

False pictures

Pictures were not accurate of the hotel. That was very deceiving. You should not allow pictures of the hotel to be placed on the internet unless it is real.

The first room they gave me had no blankets and the sheets had black stuff all over them and the second room they gave me didn't have towels. Also, they said that each room had an ice maker in the fridge, but the room i ended up in didn't have an ice maker and there was no ice machine on property.

I had to go to the store and get disinfectant wipes to clean the whole room, it was disgusting. It was obvious the door had been pried open at some point. There was no towel. The toilet clogged and I had to wait over 12 hours for a plunger to plunge it myself. The person at the front desk was rude. The electrical looked bad. The curtains were stained and dirty.

Room 152 was a complete disaster! Door appeared to have been kicked by cops due to location of hotel, and rigged together to close. Doors falling off cabinets, holes in cabinet doors, burn holes in comforter, no towels, and room smelled like smoke evemthough it was a a non smoking room. Waited in office 10 minutes to request a refund and no one was around so we ended up leaving without one.

Property was very unsafe door look like you have been kicked in It was still dirty at 3:30 when I try to check in cleaning lady was still there drawers were broken bed was not acceptable curtains you could see through them cabinets or all broken no remote for the TV. Went to complain about the room to front desk and was rude and I told him the pictures don't look like they are on the website and his comment was he did not take the pictures send me to another room there was furniture all over the hallway in front of the room went in there same thing door look like a hut been broken into did not close all the way You could see all the light through there cabinets were broken bathroom was dirty and it was very unsafe looks like a lot of people live there weekly when I went to go get my money back He said I couldn't They needed to speak to Expedia and there was another customer there his heater wasn't working the TV was not there there was a remote but no TV He was very unsatisfied and also stated that didn't seem like it was a safe place to stay and that looked very different on the website just like I mentioned very disappointed never had this experience before always had great hotels stay but that was very terrible had to go look for another one found another one at Scottsdale It was very satisfying I opened up a case to get my money back this should not even be on your website at all You should take this hotel off. Thank you

They Canceled our reservation. I called early in the day because we were traveling from 7 hours away and our GPS said we would be there around 1am. They said it was okay and they would have everything ready for us when we arrived. We got there to no room being available because we were marked as a “no-show” I explained I called and they let me know it was ok and that it would be ready. It took us 3 hours to find another hotel and we arrived to our new room 45 minutes away from Glendale at 5am. Horrible experience and now Expedia doesn’t want to issue a refund to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel or Expedia.

When we arrived at 5:30 pm and after I paid for the 4 rooms I was told that only 2 rooms were ready. They are cleaning the other 2 rooms. At 7 pm they were still not ready so we left for dinner. At 9 pm the other rooms were ready. Of the 4 rooms only 1 had towels, all had broken drawers or missing drawers in the cabinets. 1 room had dead cockroaches. All were dirty by even the lowest of standards. Sticky coke rings on the tables, 1 room the bathroom sink did not drain. It looked like the hotel was hosting section 8 residents. Office was suppose to be open 24 hours and was closed at 8 am when I wanted to check out so I had to return so I could get my receipts for the rooms. Called to have them prepare the receipts when I returned after breakfast, not ready she completed them when I arrived. The smell of marijuana was everywhere. The lobby restroom was locked and they said they did not have a key to unlock. All the room doors did not function properly.

Not for a family of any kind. Pickup trucks park outside my room selling drugs. 4 nights no service. Had to go to front desk to get toilet paper. Never did see any hotel staff after checking in-probably in hiding. Picture of the bathtub-you get the idea

My experience was horrible. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Not enough towels. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The customer service was horrible. I was told to come to the lobby to get toilet paper after the room was presumably cleaned.v

I don’t even know where to start. I booked this trip a month in advance. I flew out for my little sister’s graduation and it was terrible. Upon arrival, once checked in…the rooms were lived in. Someone else’s belongings were all over one of the rooms, and the other room had not been cleaned at all. We didn’t have towels, nor bathroom tissue. The gentleman Terrie at the front desk had wonderful customer service, but the hotel was terrible. There were people hanging out and doing drugs plus drinking in the stair wells. It was a very bad experience and this hotel should not be listed on Expedia’s website. I have videos of all of this and will be posting it on Google reviews as well. I feel I am deserving of a refund, for this was not worth the money I paid.
