Close to the stadiums which makes attending shows or games super easy. Did not like that I did not receive my receipt via email and still have not despite contacting the property. The charge on my card is more than what I anticipated based on the rate I booked at so I’d really love to see a breakdown of charges…not sure why I can’t seem to get a receipt.

The staff was very accommodating and nice. The room itself was okay. The bathroom door handle was broke and the bathroom needed a deep clean. The location was great. Right across from Footprint Stadium so we could walk to the bball game. Very nice location if going to an event there. Again, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

When i booked the hotel through Hotels..com it looked like a great convenient place to stay, right across the footprinter center. But upon arrival i wasn't expecting the ONLY OPTION was valet parking! I would of never of booked this hotel if i had known this! This is a huge turn away point for me wherever i travel! Not only is it inconvenient to wait on a busy street for the valet to eventually come relief you from your vehicle (20 min wait at times, with no where to pull over) but it is also a pain in the butt when you simply left something in your car and you just need to run out to the car and grab it. When your on vacation the last thing you want is extra stress! Then the valet guys stands over you like a begger waiting for their tip! Hotels.com should of been upfront and honest about this... they also tacked on $45 per night just for parking!!! Who wants to book multiple nights and not to expect to pay extra fees when you weren't expecting to!? All it says on hotel.com website is parking available... you wouldn't think about valet! Not only that but they literally take your car and park it down a slum alleyway were birds like to hangout and crap all over your car!! We had to wash the car everyday ontop of that! Our room looked nice, but smelled horrible and the bathroom vent wasn't working at all! Their website states that this was a full kitchen, it is not a full kitchen! Needles to say, I will not be staying here again! Definitely look on other websites beforehand

Super convenient for events at the ballpark. Hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. Breakfast selections provided were outstanding. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because of parking. First, I was not aware there was no self park until the day before check in and you have to pay extra for valet. Second we had a late check in due to our flight and the road to the hotel was closed on both sides due to an event. Drove around in circles downtown for an hour before I took a turn down an alley and was able to find the valet lot for the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and didn't make me move my car since it would be parked in that lot later anyway. All in all, we had a great stay!

We reserved a king suite for the Cyndi Lauper concert. For $400 per night we would expect better. Our first impression valet parking was actually very good. The young gentleman even went back and got our car because we forgot to take something. Front desk was different. The first staff person was friendly and said because we arrived 45 min. before check in our room was not ready, but not to worry, they had suites on the 4th and 6th floors. Later the desk staff changed so I went there to let them know we are waiting in the lobby. Finally 3pm came and I went back and they had forgotten about me. No rooms on the 4th or 6th so we got a 1st floor room with no view. They obviously gave the upper floors to someone who came in after us. The room, not cleaned well. It was not vacuumed because there were was candy on the floor and dirt spots on the tile. The kitchen, ok but for coffee in the morning there was one regular and one decaf for the suite. Like what if you had 4 people? Comp breakfast, they ran out of food so we were waiting for 20 minutes until they brought more out. By then there was a long line. They charge a lot because it is in a premier spot but it is not a premier hotel.
