The rooms are very nice, breakfast is very good and the location is excellent. The downside is that the rooms facing Central Ave are very noisy due to light rail trams running late into the night and starting again early morning. They run frequently and are quite loud even inside the rooms. The AC is also loud and switches on and off regularly.

They advertise having a pool but it was freezing cold. My boys were on spring break and it was a bummer not to have that as an option for them.

Hotel was wonderful. Required an additional half day stay due to flight schedule change. Even as a Hilton Honors members we were charge a full nights rate. No member loyalty benefits anywhere any more! It was recommended by staff to take the Valley Metro Rail to downtown. Wouldn’t recommend! Numerous undesirables on train and station needed for return trip was CLOSED!! No information available anywhere to determine next step. Ended up taking a taxi that was stationed close by for $35. Trip to town was $4!

Excellent experience. From check in to check out everyone was so very welcoming and accommodating. Pearla is awesome, she is the perfect example of great customer service. The location is perfect, Starbucks next door and lots of dining options in walking distance. Roof top pool area is beautiful. Housekeeping needs some work, we were there for 4 days and got our room cleaned once, they did not refill kleenex tissue, or paper towels...they were pretty busy. Breakfast was GREAT every morning. Very nice hotel, we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Hotel provided great services from the front desk, continental breakfast staff as well as housekeeping. Staff was excellent. They went well and beyond to accommodate. . Also, hotel located in a prime location access to public transportation and great restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all. Thanks!

Front desk staff was friendly. Pool is not heated and the front outdoor fire table was not on, but hotel was nice. The attached “Tru” was temporarily closed down so we were bummed not to have access to the game room. Decent breakfast and good facilities.
