Very noisy right by freeway, but also very noisy AC in the room that constantly kicked on and off. Mold in Bathroom. Bright spots were friendly staff, despite their check-in system which had multiple failures, and a good breakfast.

Convenient location, freezing pool

The first room we walked in had wet carpet from a flooded toilet or something in the bathroom. We were promptly given a new room just down from our other one. We appreciated the quick service and resolution! Our only negative was the outdoor pool was freezing and the first night the hot tub was also broken. It made for a cold swim for the kids.

worst hotel i've EVER HAD

we wanted a WORKING AC the first 2 rooms didn't work. then the 3rd room smelled like an outhouse! the last room didn't work well for AC but it blew RIGHT ON THE BED which was WORSE!. never had such worse AC! the front desk was WORTHLESS and blamed US for their failure. WORST HOTEL EVER
