Just ok

It was ok. We got a handicap room, which we didn't brequest, but fine. The bathroom light was broken and wouldn't go off. It is next to a highway, so loud. Also, the heat/air is funky. I turned down the heat and it turned on the air which blew directly on my husband.

The hotel was ok. I would say decent. It looks like they have updated it. Wish it had been cleaner because we found dinner plates from the last person and the tv remote didn’t work. We asked for it to be fixed and they never did. Also breakfast should be included IMO. Would stay again though

Overnight stay

We had a pleasant stay. Room was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Only issue was they only had one elevator running. So you had to wait quite a while to catch one. And the housekeeping uses the same elevator so it was pretty busy. Was very convenient on and off the freeway. Just didn’t like opening up my window and seeing a lot of bird droppings on the side of the wall. Maybe it’s time to power wash your building and get the birds under control. Pool looked nice and big. Probably won’t stay again. It’s an old hotel! But they do a good job of keeping it clean.

The room was nice. We had a power outage the first night we were there! I called down to the front desk asking if they had flashlights I never was gotten back to and our heater did not work after that power outage that was a bit disappointing we did not realize it until last night when we attempted to turn it on we are now checked out overall I would say that the Review would be very good for the hotel just a few minor little glitches. We enjoyed the service in the restaurant bar and the food.
