Let me tell ya the staff here went above and beyond. I missed my flight traveling with my 2 year old and was stranded at 10pm at PHX. They had an airport shuffle pick us up and take us to the hotel. The receptionist working were so sweet I was bawling they offered me tissues and I was able to get checked in quickly. They also had a little market with tons of snacks and travel essentials. They printed me out the closest dominos so I could order a pizza since we hadn’t eaten and had an included breakfast. Our flight didn’t take off until the next day evening so we used the pool during the day and used the suddle service back to the airport! Rooms were great and the customer service was amazing! Thank you so much

The property and our stay were comfortable. My issue that caused the average overall rating is that when we called from the airport, we were told there was no shuttle. That cost us an extra $20 for a taxi. We were able to take the shuttle back to the airport. Unfortunately my partner did not get the name of the person when he called for our pickup from the airport.

Rooms are small as compared to other similar hotels for 2 queen bedroom. Also shuttle runs half hr interval n gets pre booked..should run from early 4am n 15 min interval.
