One of the best hotels in AZ!
Very efficient staff who provided exceptional service. The room where we stayed was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The location of this hotel was the main reason we stayed here. It is about 2 miles away to Mayo Hospital where I had some tests and procedures. They also provided shuttle ride to and from the hospital.

There wasn’t a notepad to write on in room. The used towels were not all replaced. Vacuuming could have been better. Lipstick was on our duvet cover-yucky.

I expected more from Holiday Inn. Just the simple fact that the TV in the room is NOT a smart TV. I also could not believe that there were no car electric charger on property. I was disappointed and don’t think I will stay there again.
