The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. The room keys stopped working numerous times per day. Very annoying. The hallways were very dark and creepy. The pool area was nice and clean. The towels were never restocked out there. The staff at the front desk were very unfriendly. With the keys constantly not working, they made it that much more unpleasant. The hotel hosted a conference in the main eating area which leads out to the pool area. At that time they locked the main doors that lead out to the pool and told my kid to be quiet when he was walking through as he was mid conversation with his brother. We had to take a side door of the hotel which opens to a parking lot that had some shady characters hanging out. I think their board meeting should’ve been held somewhere private and not a common area that guests use at the hotel.

Very nice Hotel stay.

Was a nice stay. We had an issue with our toilet & they fixed it quickly & also moved us to an upgraded room. Thank you! Breakfast was really good & bed & pillows were comfortable. Had plenty of towels, & a Keurig coffee maker, which was nice. Very quiet & close to many restaurants & shopping.
