The shower in the room had no hot water despite letting it run for about over thirty minutes. I called the front desk and the person at the front desk insisted that the boilers were all working. Inferring that maybe it was because I was on the 10th floor. When I told her that I had been running the shower for over 30 minutes and was still running it, she told me that the maintenance person would not be in for another hour or so. I asked for another room to take a shower as I couldn’t wait that long. Her response was curt and short. I had to checkout without showering so as not to be late for my purpose in Phoenix.
