This is the place to stay to be in the heart of sports action. Just a quick ten min walk to footprint center to play and d back stadium is also close from there. Food and movie theater also walkable distance. The breakfast included was really delicious to start the morning. Will stay here again if I ever come back to phoenix

Incredible Service- Great Location
We had a great overnight stay at this hotel. The service was excellent every single person we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the venue for our event and the walk felt safe. The small restaurant was good- the service was great and the full breakfast was a hit. Will definitely stay here again.

Stay somewhere else! We paid for a hotel room, for a guest we were hosting for a 2-day film shoot we were doing in PHX. The hotel charged our guest $42 to park their vehicle. I called the hotel to confirm this is real, and the lady who answered immediately got defensive and started listing a bunch of justifications for why they charge an arm-and-a-leg for a paying guest to park their car. Keep in mind, I simply asked if this is actually a rate they charge to park a car overnight - I was by no means trying to confront. Ladies and gentlemen, as someone from downtown PHX, public parking all over the city is NOWHERE NEAR $42. I suggest staying elsewhere, as it seems the management at this specific location is actively looking for ways to scam you out of your money.
