amazing place. it’s like a high end apartment complex with 6 separate buildings. The hot tub is pretty much a mini swimming pool. the room was big. 2 tvs. kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. the breakfast was actually pretty good. most hotels the eggs taste like that powdered stuff. this was higher quality food.

There was no soap in the shower or kitchen. The shower had mold. The bathroom sink was clogged. The towels had nasty stains. At least the sheets seemed clean.

Wi-Fi was a little slow but the breakfast was all right and we enjoyed her stay here in a great area. One thing to notice that there are no elevators so it can be a little bit hard to get to the second floor. The rooms themselves were equipped with tons of stuff in the kitchen which was nice

Nice property close to downtown. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was ok. Would rate this higher if Wifi was better. It was very spotty and often times I would be kicked off the network or couldn’t reconnect. We were in the building across from the lobby so not sure if distance was an issue. Would also appreciate extra towels. For some reason they only give you 3 bath towels and 2 face towels and no hand towels. Otherwise, had a good stay.

I’ve stayed at this property a number of times in the past and have always loved my stay. They’re normally above average on all aspects but sadly this time was not up to par. I ordered a hospitality suite because I needed the conference room with conference table and ended up with a 2 room suite instead. Figured no big deal, but the room I was given was not prepared for guests. The refrigerator was on the hottest setting so my food didn’t start getting cold for over 5 hours. There was no bar soap for the bathroom sinks or dish soap and sponge for the kitchen. The AC was not functioning and all the rooms were hot the entire time despite the thermostat being set to the lowest of 65 degrees. The remote for one of the bedrooms was not working. I called the front desk to bring me dish soap, a sponge to wash dishes and to look at the remote…. 4 hours went by without service. Hoping for a better stay the next time around.

When we made our reservations (a month in advance), we noted that we were celebrating a 60th birthday and our honeymoon. The ‘property’ responded and said there would be a welcome amenity in our room upon arrival. When we checked in, the Front Desk Staff congratulated us on our wedding and wished us a happy birthday. So we know it was “in the system.” There was no welcome amenity in our room. There was, however, a cockroach crawling up the wall, in our closet. When we went back down to the Front Desk to ask about the amenity and let them know about the cockroach, the gentleman said he had no knowledge of the amenity. We shared the screenshot of the messages between us and the ‘property.’ He said he’d let the Manager know and offered to have Maintenance go to our room regarding the cockroach. We let him know we killed the bug and it was wrapped in a tissue in the wastebasket. No one contacted us. No amenity. So, we went back to the texting messages with the ‘property’ and they said they would take care of it. It took 24hrs and we did receive a bottle of wine & 2 Hershey bars. The facility itself was conveniently located within walking distance to Old Town. The pool and hot tub were clean and functioning. The pool chairs all had tears along the seams. Some ripped completely, so seating was a challenge during popular times. The stairwell for our building (#7) had collapsed at some point and was precariously slanted/sloped. Going up was fine, but coming down was tricky.

This was our third time staying in Hyatt house Scottsdale.We return because we know the layout routine.Enjoyed all amenities. Only one negative the Partying (pot Smoking) & Loud traffic so close on Week-end.Guests had no Respect for Neighbors.
