It’s a lovely property but a bit understaffed. Some items missing in our unit…clothes hangers for one. They need to replace the floor carpeting too. We were in two different units and the carpeting was gross.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt house for our 20 year anniversary. I did a lot of researching before booking anything as we have never visited the area. The hotel staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which had a full kitchen including all the extras. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and had the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. It is walking distance to great shopping, food, and entertainment. Highly recommend.

A fantastic property! We shared a 2BR suite with my parents for a wedding, and with the living area between the rooms was also able to entertain other family as well. It was perfect for what we needed. Oh, and the pool was great too!

Great hot breakfast buffet. Loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor firepit and couches. The grounds was beautiful. We were in 531 a corner room and absolutely LOVED IT!!! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Location, location, location! Nice pool. Adequate, filling breakfast. Staff very nice. Note that the property has no elevators. The place is getting old too and could use some refurbishment. There was a ring of mold on our bathroom ceiling, but they treated it and fixed it immediately. All in all, I would stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised that our room was more of a suite than a hotel room. We had a sitting area, a kitchen with a stove and dishwasher and a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Overall the room was clean except for the carpets which were worn and stained. If you stay here bring slippers! The pool area was very nice though pool towels ran out and it took quite some time to replenish them. The buffet breakfast was very nice for a hotel and had everything you might want. There was also a machine for filtered water in the lobby. The 3 star rating for this hotel is accurate, in my opinion. We were in town for 2 nights for a wedding and this worked out well for us.

Great location and price
Great location! Walk to old town Scottsdale shops and restaurants as well as 5th Avenue shopping area. Pool was very nice. Room was mini apartment set up which was great. Very clean and comfortable. Only problem the full kitchen did not have adequate cooking supplies. No fry pan or baking sheet. Just a tiny pot and large soup pot. Needs kitchen towels and dish soap. The free breakfast was very good and had many offerings.

I picked this property because it was less expensive than many of the other options in Old Town. There was some initial concern that the hotel is close to some establishments that play loud music, but I never heard anything. You might hear the drunks coming back to the hotel very late, but I'm sure that is common to all the hotels in the area.
