The staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast was great and had good hours. Only problem was the bathroom. Both sink, toilet, and bath tub drained very slowly. Faucet for the sink sprayed like a pressure washer, and the faucet for the tub was finicky, unable to shut off completely as sprayed when using the shower.

No one answers front desk, house cleaning or reservations at hotel. When told them at front desk they just shrugged it off and wouldn’t answer why no one answered. No answer at hotel to get shuttle from airport. Had to take Uber to hotel. Television didn’t work and when went down to tell them , they gave another remote that also didn’t work. Only get weather channel. Told they would take to airport, but only a certain airport. Booked with them because they said they would pickup from airport and back. Extremely misleading. Never will stay there again.

Nothing like the pictures!!! The place is very old and dirty . Bags of Trash in hallway. Elevator is dying . Windows are filthy just like the hotel . Mattress is old , worn out . Faucet was dripping all night . More like a crackhouse than a 3 star hotel . Horrible experience!!!!

Check in was a pain. Not too friendly at the desk. I had called ahead because my kids were gonna get there before me. The person at the desk made a note and it was supposed to be all set, when they got there it wasn't if they had to wait in the lobby till they'd get a hold of me and then it was still a pain in the neck. The food was absolutely horrendous at breakfast. Plus it's not in a great area.
