Staff got average because the bartender at the pool was a douche bag very rude to my wife. Dunkin’ Donuts food was subpar and always low on donuts

First, the rates weren’t bad but we had a problem with billing. I was charged twice and more than I was supposed to pay. I talked to front desk and they were helpful. However, until now, after a day of checking out, charge is still pending. Would have been a perfect stay because the other issues were not that important. Second, the bedside table was dusty. Third, I regret the late check-out. It was unnecessary. It wasn’t cheap either. Fourth, we didn’t use some perks of our wolf passes. Fifth, the waterpark though it’s good, could have been better if it was bigger and offers more things to do. Staff are nice, some are helpful, some are funny, some are just simply there. The kids had fun, we had fun. So overall 4 stars.

Overall, the suite had great space. However… The “kitchenette” had a half sized bar fridge that did cool things evenly (frozen in the back, not cold in the front), a coffee maker and a bathroom sink. No microwave or anything else you’d expect in a kitchenette. Room was older. Bathrooms were just ok, but the showers were icky. They had hair and blobs of conditioner in them (and random hairs on the “clean” towels). There were plenty of towels - this was a highlight. Lobby is extremely loud. There is no room service. “Do not disturb” signs don’t stay on the doors well. Waterpark was pretty good. But being from Canada, we could not use the ordering kiosks that you have to use to get food/drinks in there. You have to use a phone number and the only options are for US or Mexico phone numbers. So frustrating.
