We arrived and were greeted by a very rude front desk receptionist who asked rolled her eyes and sighed before asking us, "What do you need?" After explaining that we were checking in, she didn't say a word and handed us our keys. We make it to our room and the air conditioning was completely down and the thermostat on the wall was completely dead. I called the front desk and not surprisingly was asked, "Well can you fix it because we have no one here who can?" in an almost annoyed tone. After a brief back and forth she instructed us to come back down and we would switch rooms. She smirked when she put us in the room furthest from the front desk and didn't say a word to us after handing me the keys. We made it to the new room and thankfully the air conditioning was working but after walking the room, it looked as if housekeeping skipped this room. Hair in the shower, rust around nearly all fixtures in the bathroom and someone else's trash in the thrash can. I have stayed at Hilton Hotels for years and after this experience, I don't think I will again.
