Poor shuttle service.

An airport hotel is chosen for just speed and proximity. However due to poor shuttle service and super slow breakfast this is a 2 star just because that’s critical for an airport hotel. Their shuttle didn’t show up at the airport 20 min after calling. A second call reminder we were told it may take 10 min more. Why did the first person not say in advance it will be 30 min more ? We canned it. Also morning breakfast looked like just one employee was there till 7am. So after being seated at 6.30am no food arrived till 7am. What if we missed our flight due to the delay ? The hotel is clean and fine but for an airport hotel the key is getting you in and out quickly.

The hotel is in a good area with plenty of parking with a required parking pass with available parking either beside the property or in the multi level garage. It offers shuttle services which i did not utilize. The lobby is spacious and neat with friendly staff. The halls of the guest rooms were fragranced with a lovely scent. The room provided was clean, spacious, and orgsnized. The TV did have premium TV channels but no streaming services. The bed was firm and the pillows were plush. The bathroom had the bare essentials as far as plenty of towels; soap, shampoo, conditioner; and ample rolls of toilet tissue. Provided ironing boad and iron with closet space. Coffee maker with a few choices and dorm sized refrigerator were also provided along with a walled thermostat. Safety in the building was also a priority with access to the side enteances only available with a guest room key also were the elevator requiring same key access.

Great place. The bartender Jackie, was very friendly and personable. A little green as a mixologist, but she made up for it with her wonderful personality. Everything was great we will definitely return.

Crowne Plaza skyharbor

The crowne plaza used to be a higher end hotel. The bathroom was dirty, the room rug not so gteat, wall paper in bathroom coming down. They need better managers to stay on top of the condition and cleanliness
