Convenient location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the room smelled like a smoking room each time we entered it, but after being in the room for a little while the smell was not noticeable. I suspect it was due to the air conditioner picking up smoke from people who would smoke on the sidewalk below the balcony of the room and then that smoke would inadvertently get blown into the room.

I came in on a light light and add problems with my rental car pick up, I ended up getting an Uber to the hotel. It was late and the front desk man was waiting for me as he had accounted for me now being there yet. What excellent service!

The pool area was nice to hang out in, though I had minor incidents with my hotel card and got locked out of my hotel room. The highway and restaurants were close by, making it easy for us to enjoy our surroundings.

Wonderful interactive employees all the way around! Great rooms! Very comfy bed. Lots of nearby restaurants. Excellent approach to many Phoenix activities-much better coming from the south than the west on 10 what with all the freeway work going on!
