I didnt like that I couldnt adjust the water pressure in shower and it spilled outside all over bathroom floor. The shower curtain was short and so it didnt keep the water inside the shower area. I had to arrange someone to come and mop. The bed linen was old and rough, i kept waking up due to feeling uncomfortable on my skin so i didnt end up resting well. I had to ask a worker to stop hammering right next to my room at 8.45pm who told me he had 20mins of work to do. I shouldn't have had to deal with all of that after a 30 hour flight. Very disappointed.

TV’s don’t work properly. Phones don’t work. Damage deposit between $50 - $100 Kinda poor customer service. Questioned the pre-existing damage and general issues, staff said the cleaners document the status. Overall disappointing. Time to act and implement proper training and quality control.

Some recent remodeling had been done. New carpet, a new TV, some new light fixtures, but it was very disjointed and uncoordinated. The tv didn’t have a cable line running to it, the bathroom was pretty filthy, and most of the furniture was worn or damaged in some way. The elevator was treacherous. The best part of the stay was the staff. They were super helpful and kind and took care of anything that was needed quickly.

Overall this property was pretty good. They were in the middle of what appeared to have been a remodel but the convenience to the airport was worth it. The only disappointment was that we had no hot water for our showers. Apparently it wasn't just our room but the whole hotel. That was a bummer to not have a decent shower prior to flying all day.
