If you just read all the reviews you will know to find somewhere else to stay. I won’t list everything because everyone says the same things. We could tell from the desk clerk that it is a combative environment to work in. She told me she was about to have a panic attack. Then we heard other guests at the front desk. Then we encountered the general manager. She was very combative to a conversation I tried to keep pleasant. I can’t believe Radisson would direct its managers to fight customers like that. Only guessing, but I think there is some power tripping going on. We will NEVER stay at this hotel or again and will always tell people it is not a good idea. I hope they fix the facilities and their customer service so other families that are looking for a pleasant Phoenix experience won’t be disappointed on their vacations. We did check out after the first night of the three we had booked. They of course fought us and charged for a second night even though we were dissatisfied. We had to get Expedia to fight for us “which was another nightmare “ but it looks like we might get our third night refunded. By the way, it all started when we pulled in around midnight and they had no room due to overbooking. The desk clerk said “I don’t even know how they can do this.” She ended up putting us in their overflow room which was at least a bed. Nothing else worked. Mold!

Clean room and property nice breakfast, near airport but not the noise of the planes. Pool is small and was cold and you have to go out the front door to get to it. Overall good

Got to the room and it was open. Floor really dirty, no hairdryer and then no phone to call up front. I do not usually leave bad reviews but this one was necessary. The price was great and the bed appeared clean but that is the only positive thing I can say.

Loved the value, proximity to the airport, and the free shuttle to and from the airport. It took an exceptionally long time waiting on hold with the property to arrange for that transportation, but the staff was very nice once we had the opportunity to interact. There was a lot of traffic noise due to location, so we weren’t able to leave window open, but were able to sleep soundly. Bed was comfortable. Tub was shaped to be dangerously slippery, but a mat was provided if desired. Breakfast was adequate and well appreciated for the convenience. It had scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, and a pancake or waffle maker(not sure which), plus juices available. Would recommend if just need a place to stay overnight for flight. Felt safe enough.
