We stayed here for a soccer tournament, there’s not a lot of great options in Mesa and close to the fields, so we had to make do. The hotel is older, and it’s a place to sleep…the gentleman working the front desk was so nice and accommodating, the women was very stern and rude to several of the guests, even when some are asking simple questions. It’s definitely a much older hotel and has the older hotel smell.

This property is not being maintained and has insufficient staffing. Housekeeping is poor. We were on the third floor and found cockroaches in the bathroom. The third floor smelled dirty. Of the three days we were there the breakfast was inedible on one day and marginal on two days. We have used this property often over the last 15 years or so but the last two times which were in 2024were disgusting and we will not be returning. On our last visit we were told that Expedia/One Key customers could not have rooms on the first or second floors. It appears that Expedia/One Key customers are given the worst rooms which are located on the third floor and above.

Staff not honest!!
I was told different info by 2 staff members about the shuttle. One said I could reserve for a certain time but then the next morning at 5 am I was getting calls that I had to get on the shuttle at a different time bc the time the other staff told me was wrong! Due to the rush of having to leave the room bc of this I left something behind and when I called the hotel just a couple hours later they said they didn’t find anything. There is no way they could have missed it!! Clearly a staff member chose not to turn it in!!! Very dishonest and disappointing. I will never stay here again

The shuttle stops picking up after 11pm. We called ahead to check and we're told we would be able to use it but when we arrived it wasn't available. The room was cleanish. There was hair into he tub, the corners are filthy and there was a heavy cologne smell in the room. The bathroom was run down, the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were so soft it didn't feel like they did anything. Breakfast was standard. Toilet paper was like sandpaper.

Checked in at 7pm and the staff behind the desk were friendly, helpful, and professional. Well done! However, once in our room we immediately knew this was a bad choice. The furniture and bedding was not just old and worn out, it was gross. I literally have seen better furniture in a landfill. The sitting chair was stained everywhere with large tears and stuffing falling out. The bed skirt was also totally stained as well. Carpet, drapes, the whole room was gross. If our room is an example of the entire hotel, then it should be shut down for a complete redo. Too bad as it is in a good location, but this an extremely poorly maintained hotel.

I love the convenience of the building right off the freeway very easy to find. Although room was not cleaned throughly there was clipped toenails on the carpet and on dresser. Alot of hair in the shower and bathroom floor.

The rug was stained. There was a pipe in the ceiling above the tub the was dripping into the tub. There was a rust stain on the tub where the pipe dripped so you know it had been dripping a long time. There was mold in the bathroom
