As it stands I overpaid for this room at $116. The hotel isn't new which is fine but it seriously needs a facelift. I had room 206 and the wallpaper is coming off, bathtub didn't look clean, there was hair in it and on the bathroom floor. The furniture is from the Kate 90's and looks it. Wifi is ok but I couldn't watch TV as the remote didn't do anything for the TV or cable thing, and the TV said room 310. I was only able to turn the TV on with the physical buttons. Ice machine didn't have ice. Overall I'm disappointed I've had way nicer rooms for the same price. This room in it's current condition is $80 at best.

Clean room but has issues.
Room 408 air conditioner stay on no matter what temp you have it at and it doesn't blow hot air. Our room did not go above 71 degrees. The show dripped all night and then when we showered in the morning the tub is slow to drain so you are standing in the water the entire time. Wall outlets are loose at the desk and at one of the beds. One of the outlets at the desk did not work. Hotel is in a good location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants. I would stay again hoping I get a better room.

Convenient
It was a quick overnight stay, as I was there to be with someone having surgery. It is a nice, convenient place to stay. Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Lots of restaurant choices in same lot. Nothing special, but would stay again. One of the reasons I chose it, was because the security deposit was minimal, and was returned to card same day as check out. Unlike one I'm dealing with right now.

Liked that the hotel was walking distance to a dozen restaurants and only minutes away from the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. Only thing is that the rooms definitely could be updated but I will stay there again next time I’m in mesa
