Paid for my room before arriving. I just went through divorce so my ID and bank card didn’t have matching last names, but I had my receipt and confirmation number. Hotel front desk guy was very rude to me, refused to give me the room key and check me in, and refused to refund me. Horrible customer service, horrible horrible horrible. Ruined my night and had to sleep in my car because I couldn’t find another room elsewhere.

Convenient location, next to the 202 Freeway exit. Walking distance to the Tempe Center Lake (Salt River). Lots of eating places nearby. I got a good rate being a Hotel.com platinum member. Would recommend without reservations. Staff very friendly and helpful.
