Roof top restaurant and bar is great provides great views of the city. There’s a street nearby with dining and shopping. Rooms need some work honestly though.

Stayed here to celebrate new years and loved almost everything! The rooms are small but very modern and clean. It is walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and bars in downtown Phoenix. The hotel has a rooftop bar which looked very fun. The staff was friendly and approachable. They did call me an hour before my check in time to ask my ETA which was odd to me, first time I’ve experienced that. The only downside is the parking. You have 3 options. Find parking in the allowed areas in DTPHX, pay $40 valet, or pay for a garage. Besides that wonderful experience and would stay again!

The only downside was that there is no pool or parking. They do offer VIP parking for $41.00. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Check-in was quick, easy, and the front desk staff as well as the valet were always really nice every time I saw them. The room was quite nice and comfortable. There is a rooftop bar on one of the top floor which I thought was going to make it difficult to sleep but it wasn't actually a problem (I was only on the 3rd floor though and I think the bar was on the 7th floor). So generally, its pretty quiet. You're in a nice area within walking distance of some decent enough restaurants and areas to hang out. There's also a grocery store not too far away. I lived in Phoenix for quite a while but never spent too much time down in this part of town. I can't say what the a radius of safety is for this particular hotel but I felt good enough to walk around at night within a one or two-block radius without issue. I didn't venture outside of that though. I would stay here again. It's nice. Convenient. Relatively inexpensive and a great location.
