Booked a king, got a queen. Pool was nice but bubbles in hot tub didn’t work. Bathtub in very poor condition. Coffee machine broken at breakfast and what was offered was lukewarm. Would choose a different hotel if I came here again.

Smoke detector beeped three different nights and I did not get new room till third night. Desk had NO caffeinated coffee. No lotion. Desk was asked three times to change station in breakfast room on Sunday from church service to something else. Never did. At 9:30 Sunday morning-No orange juice. No bread- no butter. No yogurt. Said late delivery. Bad following days as well. No sprinklers in guest rooms. Bad. Bad. Bad

The Staff is good and polite as well as receptive. the property is in a great location but requires lots of upgrades to bring it a decent level for the price they are asking online aor over the phone .

Our room was facing the busy road. Road traffic was very noisy and annoying. After arriving, we asked for an extra blanket and they told us that the housekeeping staff wasn’t working and that they didn’t have any blankets available. Pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned recently. Plastic bottle on bottom of the pool.
