Terrible. It has cockroaches! I arrived at 1:45 am booked a reservation through Expedia as I was standing in the lobby. Expedia booked me at checking in that day rather than the day before. When the clerk saw it he said he couldn’t fix it so I had to cancel and book another one. I find out later that I was charged for both because the hotel didn’t approve the refund of the technical mistake when I was standing right there! They are greedy as well as the hotel being gross. The cockroach was in the bathroom and crawled behind the bathroom door.

It was 110 degrees in August and and we didn't have internet for one day. so we sat in our room with out TV. The staff was nice, the place is clean nothing fancy. I felt safe.

Very nice place to stay for what we needed. We have family nearby and come out once a year or so to visit. There’s a nice continental breakfast and friendly staff. Probably the only negative is I don’t think there’s a fitness room, But I didn’t really look for it!

The hotel itself was very nice, very clean and the room was large. Bed was very comfortable. Shower actually had some warm, not hot water. At this time of year in Arizona, that is almost a miracle.

Friendly staff, clean and modern property and comfortable/quiet rooms. A bit nervous at arrival, a couple people lingering outside but ultimately no issues. They have working security cameras that cover all areas of the property. The room was immaculately cleaned, everything worked and was new/up-to-date and no street noises! Absolute bargain and just 20 minutes from the airport!

Air conditioning barely worked. We were uncomfortable. We called the front desk several times, they refused to move us to a different room, even after admitting that they had one they could move us to. Never got below 80.
