Had a great time at the resort really loved working out at the gym and the swimming pools were fantastic. The waterpark was a lot of fun. The only concern was how hot the ground got around the waterpark as you definitely need something on your Feet as a ground gets really hot

The Oasis waterpark was fantastic. Our family really enjoyed the waterslides, lazy river and wave pool. Our Villa was spacious and very comfortable. The resort was beautiful and well maintained.

It was very hard to find our room in Sedona in the dark when first arriving. More signs directing guests should be installed. The room was very old and showing signs of it. Faucet in wet bar shoots water out the faucet when on. The bedroom cold water faucet just spins and was hard to turn off. The return air filter was so dirty it was unsafe for guests. Signs on mold on the wetbar. Pool lounge chairs are also very old and don't offer much support.

My girls and I enjoyed the water park through out the week we stayed, would come back again ☺️😊😊would just ask that it would have been nice of more options for the kids to eat inside the resort instead of just the water park or having to go outside the resort. But over all they loved it 😊 we all had a good time

Great Staycation Option
We had a great time at this beautiful resort. The only reason for not going with 5 stars was the limited parking spaces. The second night an overflow lot was made available that in our opinion should have been open much earlier. Second was lack of a fitted sheet over the mattress which was otherwise comfortable. Everything thing else is absolutely amazing, beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and an amazing water park and athletic/spa facility.

Overall a very positive experience. Simply one suggestion: although rooms are very clean, the facility should consider removing the carpets on the rooms and install hard wood floors or laminated floors.

For it being a resort I didn’t expect to have to pay for water in the room. I expect complementary water at the least. The shampoo, conditioner, & soap options were not the best. Marriott has great options maybe consider those. Over all I enjoyed my experience but would have been a 5 star with those options.
