The bar/cafe was closed on a Friday night - that was ok but not advertised when we booked. The room door was very problematic and staff told us to just keep trying, it would work eventually. True but a pain in the butt.

I felt like for the price you pay it should of been a microwave in the rooms what was so nice I had a front room over looking the city or was so beautiful at night with the big picture window I went to the pool it wasn't clean probably due to the monsoon time of the year also the bed had a down goose pillow and blanket was felt like heaven when you are sleeping very nice my overall stay was nice the only thing I didn't like I was charged twice 150.00 for my 2 night stay when i left it was put back on my card 2 days later then 2 days later removed then when i called them they blamed it on my bank my bank said the hotel did it so i filed a claim with my. Bank in order to get my other 150.00 back all a loft said was that they apologize so be careful using your card with them
