Key card readers were very finicky. Jacuzzi tub drain was broken. Maintenance guy had to empty it by hand and then take apart the tub and drill the drain plug out with us in there. Another room was not offered, nor was there any kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

What a hidden gem! Beautiful views of Camelback mountain from the street side rooms. Lovely clean pool and hot tub area. Several nearby walkable dining options. Perfect for a relaxing evening before a travel day.

The shower rod was bent down and would not stay closed allowing water to pour out into the floor. The vent fan didn't work and the steam kept setting off the fire alarm. Other than those, the rim and need were awesome.

Room was very clean and small.
Nothing new & fancy but the room and bathroom were both clean. The area for the shower and toilet were very small, the counter for toiletries was just adequate. Good for a one night stay. The strong scent of whatever is used to clean the room was a little overbearing. Using a different product with a more pleasing scent, or scent-free may be better. No breakfast is offered, but we did appreciate the fresh-brewed coffee in the common room offered to all guests.

Wifi signal dropped in our room so had to get moved, 3 times in the week both room keys stopped working. AC was poor bath tap dripped. Miscellaneous charge appeared on my CC still waiting on the reversal as well as refund of my early check in fee. Pool and hot tub were good.

WORST STAY EVER and WORTS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hotel looked nice on the pictures but the reality is little different. Seems like they are under renovation because the Hotel did not had the name anywhere. Then the cards gets deactivated often and the worst is that we got back Saturday night around 11:30 pm and we could not open the room door with everything inside. Yes they gave me a room after almost 30 minutes waiting for them to resolve this because they do not have maintenance people onsite. the frustration is that the young people on the front desk are the only ones managing the hotel because there is no one responsible on-site. Then next morning Lily which is the manager did not want to talk to me she was avoiding talking to a guest that had a situation and also Victoria de General Manager after I had to call back few days after had a rude way of taking care of the situation and she was so sarcastic. Attitude of almost every one there is the problem. Not sure how can they be in business.

We loved staying here. We liked the style of the room and thr jet tub was awesome. We had a wonderful time and will be back soon. It's a nice getaway even if you live in town.
