It was an easy and convenient check in procedure.
The room and property are very clean, modern, and updates. Room was very clean and had a pleasant smell.
The good things end here. . Around 9:15 pm the night of our stay we went to the hot tub to relax. When we were done I went down to the office to get our key card correct because it was no longer working to get into the room. The gentleman at the front desk stated “We need to see a valid photo ID to make you a new room key card”. I politely informed him that our wallet and purse were inside the room with no way for us to retrieve them because the room key card was not working. He said “this is for your security”. I understand security us important but we had just recently checked in and he had to of remember us. In addition he could have offered to walk to the room and open the doer to let us grab out photo ID to show him. After about 15 min he eventually made a new key card I truly feel if I would not have pushed it with him we would been locked out all night.
These companies in today’s world just don’t care. Customer service has gone out the window. Sad.
