The property was not well kept and not indicative of a Wyndham property. Faded, stained and ripped carpets throughout. Gladly I was only there one night. Would have gone to a different hotel if the area had not been sold out. My son stayed at the W, paid less for a beautiful room and a superior experience!

I liked that it was a nice 15-min walk to the Convention Center and shopping areas. Also, there were many restaurants around this hotel. What I did not like was the noisy heating, the furniture and bathroom faucets falling apart, and the extremely overused mattress. I had to sleep in the center of the bed to get some type of firmness. Not cool.

The hotel is well maintained and quiet. The room was of good quality. The downtown area is at a walkable distance and you have a lot of buses and trains near the hotel. It was a good stay overall.

Let me start by saying the staff was extremely kind! The price was amazing as well. But as for comfort it was 0/10. Our beds were hard as a rock.. the bathroom was filthy ( makeup on ceiling ) and the water was lukewarm when we took a shower or used the sink. The view from the window looked over a cemetery. I mean it was a bit creepy. And the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I do not plan on staying again.

It’s in the perfect place! Center to everything but the rooms are old and need repair. The had a hole going to the outside. Stained walls and beat up furniture. The staff was lovely and accommodating. Just needs an update.

Great location near historical sites and not far from the Philly Convention Center. The first room I was given had a housekeeper sitting in the dark in it who questioned why I was checking into the room. I promptly left and was assigned another room by the front desk. It was an uncomfortable experience but the front desk was polite and effective. The room was standard and clean. I appreciated all the hooks and storage in the bathroom but the stopper didn’t work in the bathtub so I was not able to take a bath. Overall the hotel is a bit dated but it’s a good value for the price and location.

My room was not super clean, there was hair in the shower and a bug in the tub. I was checked out after my first night’s stay without my knowing about it and the staff gave access of my room to another guest, who walked in on me while I was sleeping, it was scary and nothing was done about it. I also lost access to my room after that and had to get that sorted out. The dinner I had, chicken burger was not great, the breakfast was okay, but $21 tax USD for a continental break seems a bit steep. I dealt with 6 staff members and only two were courteous and professional.
