There were a few room related issues for this stay. We never received our free water, the lock on the bedroom door did not work and the freezer was defrosting. Also, the prices at the restaurant were on the high side..

Hotel reception welcoming, staff throughout the hotel very helpful. Room was comfortable and easy to replenish refreshments and toiletries. Loved room being left for 3 days so no wasteful towel changes etc. Bin for recycling in the room. Swimming pool on the room great to relax around. Location great for all attractions and getting around.

Staff was very helpful during check-in, check-out and with answering any questions. Facilities were kept very clean and the overall location is ideal for parking (in the adjacent garage) and transportation (easy rideshare location).

Had an issue at check-in. The front desk staff was more than willing to make sure it was handled and even changed our room without hesitation! Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I will stay here again and recommend this to other people!

Just a basic good hotel, no complaints but no upsides. For instance, you must pay them for parking, but there is no valet service. So you park it yourself, and pay the hotel for the same fee as the parking structure. It’s just more inconvenient. No coffee service, but a decent bar. Overall, decent as long as you are not expecting anything special.
