Full parking garage so not enough spaces for as many rooms. I go to xheck in and they gave my king rooms away and said we gave you queen rooms instead. Elevator was broken and the other one was ridiculously slow. Evwryone was saying it.

Very Dirty

Dirty everywhere. I wouldn’t stay here again. Our bathroom had hair all on the edge of the shower. And there was sticky stuff on the bathroom floor. The hand towel was crusty and looked like someone wiped their mouth on it. The floor in the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The air didn’t work very well and the hot water was horrible.

Parking Issues

Room and hotel, overall, were fine, however, even with the AC set at 65, our room was very hot. Only 1 of 3 elevators was working, which made check-out harder. Our biggest issue was parking. First, the front desk did not explain what to do when we parked, so we had to pay $40 for parking when we went out the first time (knowing we'd have to pay again when we returned). When we got back, late at night, the garage was full and we were given a card with other parking options. So, my husband who just had surgery and I had to pay for parking again and walk several blocks back to the hotel in the middle of the night. Had we known there was limited parking, due to construction, we would have chosen a different hotel. At least an apology would have been nice.

Location is awesome. In the middle of the historic district, but the hotel is older and needs to be refreshed. Fire alarm was tested on a Monday morning and the guest were not notified. In interesting way to start the day.

We stayed here because we were going to a concert at the Linc. It was average; everything was good. Nothing major to complain about at all! Room was clean and bed was comfy. I am disappointed about hotels like this who have 4pm check-ins. When did this become a thing? It's outrageous to have a hotel for 19 hours. They didn't have it ready until 4pm - despite sending them a message at 12 noon that we would be there at 2pm. There also weren't enough desk staff and we had to wait a long time both times in line. Altogether it was a nice hotel with no major complaints.
