I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Black hair in the bathroom (and I am blond...) A lot of dirty dust in the aircosystem near the bed.Very dusty lamp which you can see very well when the lights are on... The rest was OK but I really did not expect this in the Windsor suites. Overall the stay was good, even though we were only in for a night, the space was somewhat clean there were noticeable stains in the couch that was in the room and the bathtub as well which made it feel unsafe regarding cleanliness, staff was friendly and that made up for it.

The Windsor is such a great location and easily walkable to many famous landmarks. The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was extremely clean. I also felt very safe because you needed the card key to enter and use the elevator. Great stay, good price, highly recommend!

Comfort Compromised

The location of the Windsor Suites is very convenient and central to local Philly attractions. The hotel offers two very good restaurant options for eat in or take out with room service delivery. It also offers a valet service parking garage. The rooms are outfitted with kitchen facilities and amenities. However, the walls between rooms are not sound proof; one can hear the next-door occupants as if they were in your room. In addition, the mattress in the room I occupied was very saggy, uncomfortable and was on a framed platform, thus making it awkward and painful at times to get out of the bed. Lastly, I encountered issues with the toilet which would not flush completely. When maintenance was requested to assist, I was told it would take at least 20 minutes to get someone to come. Not convenient when you need to use the commode. Cannot say this would be true for all guests, but it impacted my stay during this trip.
