We stayed at The Inn at Penn because we had to have surgery the next day at 5:30am at Penn Presby. The location was only a few minutes by car from the hospital. It was also attractive, clean, had restaurants and other services nearby. Hotel offers room service. Overall an excellent choice if you need to stay in town while using the UPenn medical services. Bathroom was accessible with a shower seat attached to wall of shower. Hand held shower available. Very roomy especially if someone needed a wheelchair.

Location worked for my purposes. Bathrooms seem updated, furniture in the room is a little tired, but overall it was clean. Front desk staff was helpful. Downstairs bar didn’t have table service which was annoying for being in a group.

I would absolutely stay here again. The only issue was that I took the train down from NYC and walked from 30th street station on a hot/warm day (8-10 blocks) and my room was like a sauna when I arrived. The room temp was 80 degrees I actually took a picture of the thermostat. The lobby areas were nice and the breakfast was a great value and perfect for a pre-Eagles game meal!
