Guests are required to follow all regional and building-specific COVID-19 policies. We continue to employ a professional cleaning staff adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable.

The Space:
Our one-bedroom loft apartment is fully furnished; including a queen bed and everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Philadelphia! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience.

There is an elevator that will take your floor, but there are stairs inside the unit to the loft bedroom and bathroom.

No parking for this unit. We recommend the ParkMobile app to locate, reserve, and pay for long-term and short-term parking.

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!

Guest Access:
The guest who booked the reservation must present their ID upon check-in or they will not receive keys.

You can access the building anytime after 3pm by checking in with the concierge to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.

The Neighborhood:
You can find anything you need in the hip neighborhood of Washington Square West - one of five original public squares in Philadelphia. Included are Midtown Village and the Gayborhood, known for its rainbow street signs, and the most LGBT-friendly bars and restaurants in the city. Surrounded by a plethora of the best restaurants, sights, and nightlife, you are only steps away from it all. Experience the best of Philadelphia with its historic cobblestone streets, corner boutiques, and foodie options.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around in Philadelphia. Looking for a healthy way to explore the city? Philadelphia is rated as one of the best walking cities in the country and they have 750 miles of bike trails in the works with over 300 miles of it already completed.The city has a bike rental service, Indego, starting at $4 per ride. Philly PHLASH Downtown Loop is a bus that connects all of the city's top attractions. The closest bus stop (3rd & Market St) is only 1.4 miles from the property. The city is also home to SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) which offers buses, trains, underground subway trains, and trolleys. These options will get you almost anywhere you need to go in the city and even into some suburbs. Rideshare programs such as Uber and Lyft are also available and make for a convenient way to get around the city.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11am checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to schedule!

At Frontdesk, a core value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star experience to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
