We stayed one night and it was a great location. Walkable to everything. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was attentive. The valet guys were very nice and quick to get your car. Only down side was the $10 “credit” that can be used at Art Bar. The bagels were so stale they were almost inedible.

The greater hotel space seemed well cared for, though crowded. The room itself was dusty near the vents and parts of the bathroom and there were stains on the bathroom wallpaper, the hem of the bed frame and the ceiling showed signs of a past leak. Overall, I wasn’t pleased with the room or it’s location near the elevators as it was loud with crowds coming in and out.

Don’t waste your money unless you can walk

Never been to a hotel where you HAVE TO valet park your vehicle, and if I knew I had to would NOT have booked this one. Can’t get to my vehicle if I needed something. Extremely not happy. And it’s $52 pee night!!! So my $300 room turned into $352, for one night! Get to room, 17th floor, rain water is leaking into the window from the top, and has the carpet soaking wet. TV is prettt old considering the price, and comparing to other places. It’s clean at least, and looks nice. Would NEVER book again, not even for half price.

The rooms were average, I didn’t understand why there was a $20 per day per room resort fee when the pool wasn’t open and I didn’t receive any VIP benefits as a VIP guest. I couldn’t even get a disposable wine bottle opener. Also I asked the bar for plastic cups and the attendant said she only had 2 to give me when I’m with a group of 4 people. The fees for parking is ridiculously high for guests.

A Day in Philly Was Oh So Nice

The hotel experience was great. Guest services were professional and helpful The amenities were good. I will say that the concerns I had were with the faucet and piping in the bathroom. The piping looked to be constructed that was not flush against the wall. The other issue I had was with the carbon monoxide alarm which glowed green and interrupted my sleep during the evening. I adjusted and wore a sleep mask.
