Such a great location! 2min walk to parking. 10 min to convention center. Local food and nightlife all in walking distance. The room was clean and kitchen was with all essentials. Spacious and clean.

Everything was expected. Location was in a good place. Place was clean BUT the room was noisy. They gave us a room facing the internal court yard and there was this constant hum. In fact they have ear plugs for the guests on the night stand along with a sleep noise machine. I thought it was for that hum. But when we went to sleep, I realized it was for the heating/cooling system. When the thermostat turns on the system to heat (mid February) the room, it sounded like a jet engine. Couldn't sleep much. Just crazy that ear plugs at part of the "amenities".

Stellar apartment unit complete with clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, and full sized kitchen. Very clean. Only issue was that the building is located an area with graffiti, garbage, adult stores, homeless people hanging around the entrance (which is located in an alley) and halls often smelled like pot.

I thought this property was clean and new but very cold. Also, the couch was very uncomfortable as was the bed although it was all clean the neighborhood left much to be desired. There were no hooks no bureaus to put your clothes in. It was just not a welcoming environment, even though it was clean. The neighborhood was a little dirty, although I guess it was centrally located. I would not stay there again, but to add icing to the not so great cake, yesterday an alarm went off for about a half hour that was very very loud and kept telling us there was an emergency and we could not leave our rooms. That happened exactly the moment we were planning on leaving our room in the morning. And it turned out to be a false alarm. Also, the HVAC was so loud that it imputed our getting a good night sleep.
