Entire stay was perfect. But it was explained to me at checkin that if I signed on with Accor that we would begin accruing points during our stay. I did sign up but found there were no credits because I used my American Express card to book the stay. Just left me disappointed. These comments were from a previous stay. On 3/8/25 we had a great experience again. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And a big shout to Mac at reception!

Beautiful place in the city

View was amazing, staff was super friendly and always greeted us even if we stepped out for just 30 seconds to grab some food, and were informative about every little detail involving our stay and their accommodations.
