The property had no idea I was Expedia gold. I had to tell them I was supposed to receive an upgrade etc. This didn’t show on their system so be sure to save this info to prove to them your benefits. They said it just shows Expedia but no status.

SUPER BOWL Bound from Philly!!

Switched hotels from across the street and happy we did. Sofitel was perfect from the welcoming team at the front door valet to the housekeeping!! The front desk was very accommodating and Mateo(front desk) was outstanding!!! I will be back for sure. Except the waitress in the bar on Sunday night seemed to ignore us to spend time with friends in the bar. We waited 20 minutes for at least a hello but was ignored the whole time. No worries I won’t drink there if she’s on duty again when I visit.

Everything about my stay was awesome. Easy check-in staff was friendly. The room was cozy & clean. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness due to food being left in the elevator which wasn’t cleaned up. Other than that my stay was great no complaints.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Sofitel. Check-in was quick and easy. I loved the robe, shower and the high end toiletry products. The bar staff was extremely busy (post Eagles championship game win) but they did their best to keep up. Great hotel, I will be back!

We arrived a bit early from out of town and everyone was so accommodating. The concierge was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and other questions. The room was beautiful and the hotel very walkable to anywhere.

The stay was great, staff, food, location, the room and the whole hotel. But on my bill was an "Urban Experience fee"... along with its stupid name meant to obfuscate what this is...this ADDITION to the room price feels scammy. The place was great. Just charge more and dont add this fee... that also then comes with a $20 credit if you eat there. Be Direct. Be honest.

Nothing really unique about this property. It’s fine. Clientele tended to be 40 and also families. The service at the bar was terrible, wouldn’t recommend that. But plenty of other places around to get a cocktail. It’s a great location with a lot of great dining and shopping within walking distance. The hotel automatically charges you an additional $20/day, but if you buy drinks/food at their bar or restaurant it goes towards that. I found it irritating, but that’s how they get around no longer being able to charge a daily resort fee.
