PERFECT LOCATION distance wise from the Convention center. Seemed a little dingy walking in, but bearable. What wasn’t bearable however was the stench. Figured maybe jr was just the lobby but nope, got worse as we made our way to the room, and in the room it was somewhat nauseating. Fried food smell fills the entire building, in a bad way. Then, she saw a bug on the wall near the bed, and asked “is that a bed bug?!” Didn’t look like it, but just in case we looked at the mattress and under the mattress…and man I wish we didn’t. Fricken DIRTY AS HELL. Food particles. Stains. Tons of and various types of hair, on the floor behind chair was Chinese food pieces and a duck sauce packet. Remote for TV was greasy. Turn the AC on and it made it worse smell wise. Never walked on the floor without shoes. At best this is a sub $100 per night establishment, and actually I’ve stayed in cleaner places that didn’t smell for $100 before. Night and Day difference between this place and the Sonseta Rittenhouse I was at the night before. I messaged their website to let them know, so hopefully they can address the housekeeping and do something about that fried food smell, cuz it really is the best location for events at the Convention center. DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS, they are all lies, trust me. Anyone who have it a 10 out of 10 or 8 out of 10 is either a complete liar or, I’d hate to have stayed in other places they stayed that made this place seem like an 8 or 10 lol

Sat and waited to be checked in for 25 minutes because the staff just wasn’t there. On top of being rather short with us upon arrival. The place is nice, it’s clean, our shower did have a constant drip, but aside from that it was well kept.

The room was very comfortable and clean.y only concern was the difficulty of parking. There is a very small paid lot, but I arrived late and there was no attendant, s I parked without paying. The next morning, it didn't look like any attendant had come, so I went to retrieve my car. As I was walking, someone came running up to me to say that the parking was for.botel guests only. He turned out to be the attendant, and I paid him, but it seemed a very haphazard way of handling parking.

Dirty elevator, dirty hallways, dirty restrooms. Fire alarm pulled in middle of the night waking everyone. Club or loud music from something in building next door nightly. Very limited parking, closer to $40 nightly, hotels.com stated $25. Toilet seat broken. Vents in room and bathroom covered heavily with dust. Syringe, presumably for drug use, left in bathroom. Front desk staff indifferent. Asked for late checkout due to being woken by fire alarm in middle of night, and persistent noise around the property leading to poor sleep. Was told it would cost $35 per hour for any extra time. Only positive I can think of is it's very close to Reading Terminal Market.

The hotel was right in Chinatown, so it's a close walk to everything. When I first arrived, there is a small parking lot located right next to the hotel and it's $25 per night to park. The other reviews are true that the parking attendant prefers cash, but if you arrive at a later time when he is not there, there is a Venmo/Cashapp QR code that you can access to pay for parking. The front desk staff were lovely and were able to check me in very quickly. There is a $200 fee they hold for accidental damage, but I received the money back on my card the same day I checked out, so it wasn't an issue at all. The room was okay. Our window was broken and left open, so we could hear all the commotion through-out the night and there was a few pieces of trash that were left in the room. Other than that, the room was great and it was a great price for the location.

The nightmare hotel!!!

This trip was an absolute nightmare. I went for Eagles Super Bowl parade, on the website this hotel advertises 25$ per night parking, I was staying for two nights total so I was ok with 50$ for parking. When I arrived at hotel after a long drive and pulled into parking lot the attendant very rudely told me 125$. I said absolutely not the website says 25$ per night, he basically admits to price gouging because of the Super Bowl parade, and said it was double now. I said I booked this reservation two weeks in advance and the website doesn’t reflect any changes to price. Long story short I had to get hotel manager involved and she basically said it’s out of their control because it’s an independently owned lot that the hotel just uses and can’t control the price even though they advertise 25$ a night. They worked out a deal where I could get refunded for the difference of the original price advertised if I pay the inflated price now and check out on time. She gave me her number in case I had any problems with refund. Of course when I checked out the man tried to flat out accuse me of lying about this arrangement, stood in front of my car and when I called for hotel manager she would not respond. This was literally the most rude & unprofessionally establishment I ever stayed at, if I could give negative stars I would. Never would I stay there again even if it was the last available place in the city.
