We booked this hotel for two nights as we were scheduled to arrive late in the evening and potentially early in the morning if our flight was delayed. We got to PHL early in the morning, made it to the hotel ready to sleep, and they refused to check us in even though we had a two night reservation. They said because we had not called them they wouldn’t check us in. Just STAY AWAY from this hotel and their staff - go somewhere that actually wants to let you stay there.

OK so we planned on having dinner and drinks and staying in. But the bar is closed and no alcohol with just a sign on counter No liqour License. The fact that only 1 person was eating in the restaurant we decided to leave hotel to dine and have drinks. I dont know how long before bar opens but I wish I knew before we went. Probably would have chosen another hotel Our room was very spacious, clean and omg the bed was so comfy. I will say having the courtesy shuttle to airport was quick, easy and drivers are super friendly.

Great location and value. We were only there for less than 8 hours but slept comfortably. The overall room was spacious but the bathroom was not cleaned the best. There were other peoples hairs everywhere. We had to clean it up before we could even shower but again it didn’t damper our overall stay just expected better. I would stay there again if I had a quick layover in Philly.
