Very nice clean room, restaurant and food was amazing. Only complaint was transportation to hotel drove by without stopping and had to wait another 30 mins for the next one.

Close to airport and the staff was excellent. The furniture is a little dated but it’s not terrible. The bed was AWFUL. It was collapsed on one side and the other had a huge divot in it. The middle was fine if you like feeling springs in your back. Good pillows though.

I am writing this email because when I checked in and went to my room, I realized the bathroom had not been clean and called the front desk. They said they would send somebody up to clean it, this was around 8 P.M. It is now past midnight and no one has come to clean my bathroom. The lady at the front desk said she could not move me to another room because the hotel was full and could not give me a discounted rate because I pre-paid through Expedia. I should not have to clean the bathroom in a hotel that I paid to stay in. Something needs to be done. Also, there were no trash bags in the trashcan and no linens for the pullout bed, once requested we we waited hours for linens and were told no one from the housing was there and we could not get trash bags.

I like the convenience to the airport, but then it starts to decline. 1) I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle service even after calling twice to let the hotel know I arrived and was waiting at the terminal. Competitor hotels had looped 2-3 times vs the Sheraton. 2) Front desk was pleasant. 3) I called down to request sheets for the pull out and was told they were going to be sent up. An hour later I decided to walk down stairs to get them myself. I asked the front desk person (different from check in) was someone going to bring them up and I got a snarky, “no we don’t do that.” The Sheraton has never been an Economy hotel but it felt that way this visit. The rooms are worn, furniture was stained and the floors in the bathroom weren’t cleaned very well. Il’ve always been a proud Bonvoy member but the quality of some brands are definitely in need of some TLC.

Nice stay.

Stay was excellent. Great bartender. Room was wonderful. Spacious, clean and well supplied. Parking is no longer free which took me by surprise. I wish someone from the front desk would have told me about how to pay for parking, as I held up the line at the parking booth trying to pay for parking at the exit.
