The location was great and the staff and service was excellent. Menu wasn't bad but wish you had provolone cheese, hot peppers for steak sandwich. Overall...GREAT!

Had to switch to 3 rooms because one room tub was dirty. Second room the bed had hair and tub was filling up while I was showering. 3rd room water was luke warm. It was a Marriott experiment I’m use to.

It was very quiet, the room was clean, and the Hotel over all was very clean. And we like that it had shuttle to and from the airport. My only thing was I maybe should have do more research about the hotel, as they do not use any cash only card payments,so we’re not prepared for that but thanks god we travel with our credit card for the just in case situations. We gave area around the property as average as we did not go to any areas around the property, this trip was not for site seeing.

The hotel was very nice in terms of both aesthetics and cleanliness. The only issue I had was that the outlet was broken but functional. Overall experience was 5 out of 5 stars!

This Hotel is very convenient to Downtown Philadelphia… It is located in quite area near the airport.., The 2 bed queen rooms and bathrooms are spacious including coffee, coffee maker, small refrigerator ironing board and hairdryer..This was my first visit and I found the desk staff not to be very friendly., I was not impressed with the desk staff… they didn’t greet me just are you checking in or remind me that the parking had to be paid immediately upon checking in.. I received a parking violation for non payment on my first night stay.. only 1 staff member took the time to explain what I needed to do.. Doing the checking out process I didn’t even get a thank you for you stay.. The elegance of the Hotel saves the day and the housekeeping staff had no problem in greeting me..and is doing an excellent job in the details of keeping things organized and clean.

Good stay

Stay was good. I expected free parking but I must have overlooked that there was a charge. Room was nice but the toilet flusher kept fall off the chain. But it was an easy fix. Just inconvenient.
