Where do I begin? This property needs to never be called a “hotel” again. This is more motel or inn (no offense to those). The first thing you run into at the property is the hard faced not very friendly night check in guy. Then, to add to start of downhill, got to my room to realize that tub was extremely stained and nasty. No amount of cleaning and scrubbing may be able to help some of that. It’s disgusting. I had to buy something to put in the tub on the floor because I won’t bathe myself in there, let alone my toddlers. The toilet bowl was stained with pee marks (you heard right per marks). I had to buy a Lysol and clean it myself. Then, my baby pee the bed as he had to sleep on the bed because of the lies posted on expedia stating a crib would be available. The guy let me know that that is indeed not the truth. But, they told me that they kept no towels and sheets over night in the reception area. So if something happens overnight or you need more of something too bad. You have to wait until the cleaners come the next day. Then they got to take your sheets off the bed wash then to put them back on. Talk about limited inventory! Now, I am well aware I f the get what you paid for bs, but if you going run a business collecting any of people’s hard earn money( even a dollar, do better with cleaning and having things to request on hand.

Having to have cash deposit in 2024 is infuriating If you use a card to book it should be acceptable as a deposit also Especially not wanting to carry cash in the area the hotel is in
