Love this place but was very disappointed due to constant banging noise over my head from 7am til check out. Could not sleep at all. I had to leave before check out. Yes I’ll go back but they shouldn’t put people on that side where they’re doing construction or whatever it is they’re doing. But I give them a 1 1/2 star today. They got a 5 before this stay

Not so good. Didn't like the ala carte system of daily breakfast. No room service or any guest services (the button on the phone is useless). I only spent 2 nights but my room was not cleaned/made up. The hotel looks old.

Not the hotel to stay at...

This was an older hotel. The toilets had to be flushed multiple times to work. (We had other family members staying in the same hotel and they had the same experience.) There was poor water pressure in the shower. The shower didn't drain well. The bed pillows were the size of couch cushions. On Saturday morning, I asked a cleaning crew person I saw in the hall to clean my room that day, she asked me when I got there and when I was checking out. (Thursday-Sunday) She asked me if I really needed it since I was checking out the next day. The people at the front desk were easier to work with and they confirmed they would have the room cleaned. So the room was cleaned once during my 3 night stay. (I likely wouldn't have needed it cleaned if the shower and toilet worked.) Since I was sharing the room with 2 others, I used the bathroom in the lobby.
