We stayed on this property a few times before - it was conveniently located close to Sesame Place and Six Flags Great Adventure. It was great then. The last time we stayed here before this review was in 2018. We ended up staying overnight this year in between trips. The hotel desperately needs upgrading. The hallways between guest rooms has a funky smell. The carpet was old and dirty. The fixtures in the room was falling apart- paint peeling off and cabinets were cracked. The stairs feels unstable and needs repair. During our stay- there were at least 3-4 kids ages 6-10 playing and messing around in the fitness area which can potentially be a liability if they get hurt and extremely inconvenient for adult guests who wants to use it. The only good thing about the hotel were the staff- they were pleasant, attentive and friendly.

There was rust in my tub. There was stains on the floor, one key didn’t work . I stayed in room 415. It would be an amazing gesture if your team emailed me a free 2 night stay at another one of your hotels to make up for mediocre stay …

For a night at almost $170 for a double bed room (and beds are like a full size instead of queen size), this is what we came home to: 1. Sore body after a restless night. The beds are really uncomfortable and there are NO bed pillows, you get 4 throw pillows (a 12"x12" maybe) and a comforter that, against the light, you can see that has no filling inside. 2. 4 of us with very bad sore throat and a sinus infection and the baby had pink eye after the pool. The pool smelled like Clorox and the water was extremely cloudy (a 5'4" could not see their feet at 4'). There was a party (17kids 1adult) taking more than half of the pool. I understand there is no lifeguard on duty, but someone making sure that everyone can enjoy the pool is much needed. In top of what we got from the lack of good water condition, we got hit in the head and face multiple times by them. 3. I was in the phone for 21m22s and they told me they set my two rooms to be connecting rooms. When I got there, we got adjacent rooms with the doors very far away from each other. 4. Breakfast charges a fee ($18 per adult and kids fee depends on age). You get a better price at a buffet. 5. The bathrooms are super small and the tub is stained and looks dirty. 6. The gym equipment doesn't work, there's only 3 working. 7. The arcade room is so small that if you are playing, the person passing will bump into you (there's only 2 games and 3 claw machines). 8. I loved the parking and the location.

Big red stains throughout the original brown carpeting in hotel room Definitely 70s or 80s original decor . Extremely loud A.C . Dirty stained bathtub so didn’t even bother using it . Thin walls . Loud noise throughout the night as if people standing outside my floor hallways were having conversations as if inside my hotel room . Mattress and pillows uncomfortable . Will never stay at that hotel in the future. Would rather sleep in my car .

There was no VIP amenity offered nor a room upgrade. The room was deteriorating. Cracks broken pieces in bathroom and flooring. The pillows were not full sized pills they were small 2 x 2 square pillows and six of them on the bed. You can barely fit your head on them. They are going through a remodel so the dust and lack of clean up was disappointing. I called front desk at 1:33 AM to report noise complaint let phone ring 12 times no answer. Called back at 2:45 AM finally an answer advised people screaming, fighting, running up and down halls and it carried on till 5:00 AM. Security never arrived. In fact we noticed security sitting all day hiding behind the stairs by the pool door for and never moving from that spot that day. When we checked out there we were dismissed by the front desk about our concerns. We were advised she could not print us a receipt and would email it. We still have not received our receipt and it has been 48 hrs since our check out. Very poorly managed.

Quiet, clean, easy check in and out process from online booking. Friendly staff, plenty if parking for free. Hotel was under construction but very quiet still. Rooms were clean a bit outdated with the kight switches in the bathroom, no microwave. Small things but overall a pleasant stay. Will book again if in the area.
